AceTheState is a learning community where real estate students support each other. These guidelines apply to all user-generated content, including Community posts, Class Chat messages, comments, replies, and direct messages.
Users may not post any of the following:
Harassment or Bullying
Targeting, intimidating, or repeatedly bothering another user.
Hate Speech or Discriminatory Content
Slurs, stereotypes, or attacks based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
Sexual or Pornographic Content
Explicit images, sexual advances, or any pornographic material.
Threats or Violent Content
Threats of violence, encouragement of self-harm, or violent imagery.
Illegal Content
Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
Spam or Scams
Unsolicited advertising, phishing links, deceptive promotions, or repeated unsolicited messages.
Impersonation
Pretending to be another person, instructor, or official without authorization.
Personally Identifying Information
Sharing another person's private information (address, phone, email, license number) without consent.
Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours. AceTheState may remove content and suspend or permanently ban users who violate these guidelines. Repeated or severe violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
If you see content that violates these guidelines, tap the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the post, message, comment, reply, or direct message and select Report Content.
Tap the three-dot menu and select Block User. The blocked user’s content will disappear immediately from your view in Community, Class Chat, comments, replies, and direct messages. They will not be able to start or continue direct messages with you.
You can view and manage users you've blocked from Account Settings.
